Basic Policy on Transportation Safety

●Basic policy on safety management

✔ The representative director is deeply aware that ensuring transport safety is the foundation of business management and ensures that employees recognise that transport safety is of paramount importance. He also listens to the voice of safety in the field and plays a leading role for employees.

✔ We will always strive for transport safety by ensuring that transport safety management is implemented and that all employees work together as one.

✔ We will perform our duties in compliance with relevant laws, regulations and rules, putting safety and security first.

✔ We will implement the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle for transport safety and strive to improve transport safety.

 Action plan for transport safety * Implemented in 2024.

✔ Develop safety training plans, including safe driving throughout the year and seasonal safe driving courses.

✔ Regularly have operation and maintenance managers attend training courses organised by external institutions to strengthen their management skills.

(1) We will formulate a safety education plan, including safe driving and seasonal safe driving courses throughout the year.

(2) We will regularly have operation managers and maintenance managers attend courses held by external organisations to strengthen their management skills.

(3) We will conduct strict roll calls.

(4) Based on the results of medical examinations, we will make appropriate decisions on whether to allow crew members to work, re-examine them, take medication, etc.

(5) We will conduct regular sleep apnoea tests on all crew members. In addition, all crew members will be regularly examined for sleep apnoea syndrome.

輸送の安全に関する確認を行い発見した問題に関して対策を講じました。

令和4年度は年1回及び必要と認められた場合には輸送の安全に関する内部監査を実施します。
