The Company will use the personal information provided on the application form submitted at the time of application for the tour to communicate with the customer and to arrange and provide the tour services offered by the transportation and accommodation agencies (the main transportation and accommodation agencies are described in the contract) for the tour for which the customer has applied. The Company will use such personal information to the extent necessary to arrange for and receive the travel services provided by the transportation, accommodation, etc. (major transportation, accommodation, etc. are described in the contract document) for the trip for which the customer has applied. We will use the personal information received by telephone, postcard, facsimile, website, electronic media, etc. for the purpose of communicating with customers, developing better travel products, improving customer satisfaction (marketing), and providing opinions (questionnaires) and impressions before and after participation in the tour. (We may also use your personal information to develop better travel products, to improve customer satisfaction (marketing), to request your opinions (questionnaires) and feedback before and after your participation in the tour, and to send you information about our travel products. We will not use personal information for any other purposes other than those specified in the documents we issue when we consider it necessary for the customer’s trip.

We will not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the person concerned, except as required by law. However, we may provide personal information to transportation, lodging agencies, embassies, and other related organizations when necessary for business purposes. (This includes consultation with or notification to specialized organizations or insurance companies, etc., concerning the handling of accidents related to illness or injury during overseas travel.)

Disclosure, Correction, Addition, and Deletion of Customers’ Personal Information When a customer requests the disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of his/her own personal information held by the Company, or requests the Company to stop using such information, the Company will, after confirming the identity of the person making such a request, make the request if the information is inaccurate or incomplete, If the information is incorrect, we will disclose, correct, add, delete, or suspend the use of the information without delay in accordance with laws, regulations, and our internal rules. If we are unable to comply with your request in whole or in part, we will explain the reason.
