KEY JAPAN was established in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo as a travel agency to assist such travelers with planning and support from the customer’s perspective. Since then, we have been focusing on attracting foreigners to Japan, where demand is expected to increase, and the number of visitors to Japan continues to grow every year.
KEY JAPAN aims to be a company that continues to take on new challenges, responding quickly to such changes while always providing safe, secure, comfortable, and satisfying services to our customers with the same customer-first spirit.
In response to further needs, we have started to participate not only in the travel agency business but also in the general chartered passenger transportation business. Although the number of bus operators in Japan is on the decline, we will continue to provide our services to meet the needs of the Japanese market by equipping our fleet with the latest safety equipment and by teaching driving techniques that do not rely on equipment.
